Security Overview
Protecting your institution's data is our highest priority. We use enterprise-grade security to ensure your information is safe, available, and private.
Infrastructure
Hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with ISO 27001 compliant data centers. We utilize Multi-AZ deployment for high availability and disaster recovery.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2/1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Key management is handled via AWS KMS.
Access Control
We enforce strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Staff members have no access to student data unless explicitly authorized for support purposes.
Compliance
We are compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and align our practices with GDPR standards.
